UNJUSTICE IS OCCURRED WHEN IMPLEMENTORS ARE UNDER PRESSURE OF LAWS MAKERS AND EVEN LAWS MAKERS CAN'T DARE TO TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST IMPLEMENTORS DUE TO THEIR OWN UNDUE FAVOURS . MEMBERS OF HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSIONS ARE APPOINTED THROUGH APPROVAL OF OPPOSATION LEADERS THEN EVEN THE SAME ARE UNDER PRESSURE OF RULING PARTIES THEN WHO WILL SAVE FROM OFFENDERS OF HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATORS.
