DEMOCRACY DEPENDS UPON HONESTY OF POLITICIANS

Is democracy in india really kidnapped by the rich?????? i think its the other way. democracy actually is kidnapped by the poor who fail to see their real good and fall prey to false and misleading promises like janata ka hath aam admi ke saath, free tv, employment guarantee scheme, mandal commission, etc etc..Democracy means rule of the majority, and the poor are in majority not the rich. of course it looks fancy to blame everything on the rich and say that they are exploiting the poor. I know there are very few takers for this but the fact is, democracy is not the means but an end. to give the rule to the majority first the majority has to be made capable of handling that rule. else we will keep seeing gundas, dakus and corrupt politicians and some great person will again blame it on the rich.......

No doubt we are residents of democratic country but democracy is kidnapped by the rich where the poor have no time to think about India .Since independence the rich are becoming more rich and the poor more poor. Corruption is spreading according its own way and every political party assures to remove corruption before election but after becoming ruling party indulge in corruption itself. Who will get rid of corruption and establish actual rule of laws in our country?
